Company Background

South Bay Showers (SBS) originated in 1969. With only three employees to start with, operating mainly out of a garage, business for SBS slowly began to increase. With many other glass shops in the field, how was SBS to stand above the competition? This was accomplished by offering a wide variety of products at competitive prices with unsurpassed quality. The name "South Bay Showers" was soon to be associated with quality products and labor and friendly staff to help with a variety of needs. SBS began selling to distributors, wholesalers and retailers and continues to sell to other glass shops, contractors (general and sub), designers, as well as retail consumers.

As business increased, so did SBS's work force. At the current stage, there are over thirty people employed. The products that SBS now carried have also undergone some evolution. Not only does SBS still offer basic shower doors and mirrors, but we now have a variety of other products, including: customized shower doors, house windows, vanity cabinets, cultured marble products (one-piece wall material and vanity sink tops), glass tabletops, medicine cabinets, mirrored closet doors, bathtubs and much more.
