Follow these simple steps to set up an account with us:
Download and fill out a New Custom Account Sheet
Download and fill out a Credit Application
Fax the completed forms to (408) 988-1142 or email them to willcall@southbayshowers.com
Once you have an account, fax your orders to (408) 988-1142 or email them to willcall@southbayshowers.com.
Stock and Availability
For stock items please allow 24 hours for fabrication and production.
Will call pick ups are available Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Custom glass, mirror, and hardware orders require a minimum of 5 business days and can be projected out as far as 10-14 business days, depending on availability.
Vanity cabinets and marble orders require 12-16 business days.
Most plumbing orders will be complete in 5 business days, with special orders taking 3-4 weeks.
