Notice at collection

You may browse without submitting a quote. When you contact us, we collect the information needed to understand your request. New marketing signups are currently paused. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Please do not submit payment-card details, government identification, account passwords, medical records, or unrelated sensitive information. You do not need exact dimensions or a full street address to begin a quote request.

How we use and disclose information

We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate your project, communicate a quote or follow-up question, maintain service records, secure our systems, and meet applicable legal obligations. We may disclose relevant information to authorized staff and providers that support hosting, secure storage, email delivery, IT administration, or requested services. These providers receive only the information needed for their role. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or in a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections.

We do not sell information collected by this website or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This website does not include advertising pixels or third-party behavioral analytics. We do not use automated decision-making to set a binding quote: a person reviews your request.

Email choices and quote follow-up

Sending an inquiry asks us to respond about that inquiry using the contact details and preference you provide. It does not sign you up for marketing. New marketing signups and subscription-confirmation emails are currently paused. Existing subscription preferences and unsubscribe records are preserved. Only previously confirmed subscriptions may enter the active marketing export.

You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email, our email-preferences page, the contact form (choose “Privacy request”), or by calling us. You do not need an account, a purchase, or a fee to stop marketing. We apply website opt-outs immediately to this website’s list. Opting out of marketing does not prevent a requested project reply or necessary service communication. No marketing texts, automated calls, or messages from other companies are authorized by an inquiry.

Privacy requests

Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided. Tell us the request type and enough information to locate the relevant record; do not send sensitive identity documents through the form. Before disclosing or changing a private record, we may verify your identity using proportionate information. Authorized agents may need to show authority. We retain information where required or permitted for ongoing service, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or other applicable exceptions.

Depending on applicable law, California residents may have rights to know or access information, correct it, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and receive equal treatment for exercising rights. We will evaluate requests under the law that applies to the business and the request. Nothing in this policy waives a statutory right or requires a purchase to exercise one.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry records for ongoing project, service, and business needs. You can contact us about access to or deletion of your information as described in Your privacy choices below.

We retain marketing preferences while a subscription is active. After an unsubscribe, we retain limited suppression and consent records to respect the request and document the choice.

Retention also depends on the nature of a project, warranty or service needs, a legal hold, accounting requirements, and applicable law. Deletion from active systems may precede the expiration of protected backup copies. A privacy request helps us review the records relevant to you; it does not automatically erase records we must preserve.

Staff access to inquiry records is restricted. No website, security product, or transmission method eliminates all risk.

Information saved on your device

The project builder saves room preferences in browser local storage so you can return to them. It does not store your submitted contact details there. The saved project is removed when cleared or when it has not been updated for 90 days and you next open the site. Your light, dark, or system display choice stays until changed or cleared. Temporary session settings control the welcome animation. These functional preferences are not advertising cookies.

Browser privacy or storage settings may prevent these features from remembering choices. Clearing a saved project does not delete an inquiry already submitted to the company.

Google Maps and external services

The Contact page includes an embedded Google Map that starts loading automatically when you open the page; no separate load button is required. Your browser connects to Google to load the map, including before you scroll to the map section. Google may receive your IP address, browser details, interactions, and cookies according to Google’s own settings and policies, and may associate activity with other information it holds. The address and a separate directions link remain available if the map cannot load. The directions link opens Google when selected.

We use service providers to host this website and deliver email. The website uses Resend to deliver request notifications and customer confirmations. Our staff uses Google Workspace to receive requests and reply. These providers process recipient details and message content needed for that correspondence. We do not control separate websites you choose to visit; review Google’s Privacy Policy and the privacy notice of any other service you use.

Browser privacy signals

This website does not perform cross-site advertising tracking. Do Not Track does not change processing required to respond to your inquiry or deliver the site. We treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request not to sell or share information for cross-context behavioral advertising; the website does not perform those activities, with or without a signal. This website does not use these browser signals to disable the embedded Google Map. Google controls its own service and privacy settings.

Security and abuse prevention

When enabled on the live website, Cloudflare provides network protection and Turnstile form verification. These services may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device signals, and challenge results to detect abuse. Our application keeps time-limited, keyed identifiers for rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not stored in the inquiry record. Security providers may keep their own logs under their policies. We do not use form verification as marketing consent. If verification fails, call the showroom for help.

Project summaries

A project PDF is generated locally in your browser from saved room preferences. Exporting it does not send it to us or submit a quote request. You control copies saved to your device or shared elsewhere.

Children, location, and policy changes

This website is intended for adults planning home projects, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can review and address it. The business is based in California, and its providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.

We post updates on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will provide a prominent website notice and, where appropriate or legally required, additional notice or a new choice before applying a new use to previously collected information.
