These terms describe use of the South Bay Showers, Inc. website, inspiration galleries, project builder, and inquiry forms. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Sending a request through a form that links these terms indicates agreement to these website terms. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.

1. A project request is not an order

The builder records preferences, not a purchase, reservation, financing application, or authorization to manufacture or install. A reference number confirms receipt only. No payment is collected through this site. Scope, measurements, technical specifications, product availability, price, taxes, deposits, timing, warranties, and any cancellation rights must be confirmed in a separate written proposal or agreement. A later signed agreement governs the service it covers.

2. Photos, illustrations, and specifications

Photographs illustrate individual spaces and do not guarantee that the same configuration, finish, or hardware is suitable or available for another project. Builder diagrams illustrate preferences; they are not manufacturing drawings or approved specifications. Colors can vary between screens and physical samples. Tile, plumbing fixtures, furniture, and other items visible in a photograph are not included merely because a look is saved. We confirm the products and services we will supply in writing.

Customer measurements are preliminary information, not manufacturing dimensions or construction advice. Do not order glass or begin structural work solely from a website illustration. Final design and installation details require appropriate professional assessment.

3. Your submissions

Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. You retain ownership of your content and allow us and necessary service providers to securely store and review it for your inquiry and related service. Avoid including confidential or unrelated sensitive information.

Do not submit malicious content, access private records, impersonate another person, or disrupt the service. We may reject abusive requests and restrict access when reasonably needed to protect the service.

4. Communications and marketing

By sending a request, you ask us to contact you about it using your supplied details. New marketing signup is currently paused. An inquiry does not create a marketing subscription. It does not authorize marketing text messages or automated calls. You may stop marketing through the email-preferences page or by contacting us.

5. Availability and third-party services

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted. We may correct content and ask for clarification before preparing a quote. The open/closed indicator follows published showroom hours in Pacific time and any entered exceptions; unannounced changes and holidays may differ. Call before a time-sensitive visit.

Maps and external links are provided for convenience. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not guarantee their availability, route accuracy, or content.

6. Website content and responsibility

The company’s branding, website content, and photographs are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use the site and save a project summary for your personal project. Do not republish company photographs or branding for a separate business without permission. These terms do not limit lawful uses or rights that cannot be restricted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. No statement here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or intentional misconduct, removes consumer protections, or changes a written product or installation warranty. These terms are not a waiver of your rights concerning services purchased from the company.

7. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms and identify the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on the website; terms for an already agreed installation are not changed simply by posting a website update. California law governs these website terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. An unenforceable provision does not remove those protections or invalidate the remaining terms.
